THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN EARLY
AND ADVANCED SECOND REALITY

There is little reason for a human being to understand the complex dynamics of how or why s/he comprehends his/her current reality, physiologically or psychologically.

His/her culture will begin establishing his/her current reality prior to his/her birth. We are now aware that the conditioning of one’s brain begins prior to one’s birth after the formation of the brain in the mother’s fetus.

Each culture uses a language from which one’s reality is learned. Most modern courses in philosophy (at universities) will have a section on language and its relationship to the realities that language symbolizes, however, very few humans on planet Earth will ever take such training.

Therefore, we have billions of people being born on planet Earth where an individual’s culture does the job of teaching these individuals the nature of the reality s/he will live his/her entire life.

Regardless of the language parents use they will teach their children the symbolism of that language and the reality it represents.

This will be a child’s first reality.

In the West this language model will be known as subject/object language in which the objects of one’s world are described by the subject or individual doing the describing.

Within the language will be words that will be known as “the pair of opposites” which “attach” characteristics to the objects being described. These words describe objects as good or evil, rich or poor, sick or well, happy or sad, etc.

The human’s five senses are used in first reality to determine the individual’s reality when s/he is describing his/her world.

The assumption of first reality is that the five senses relate directly to one’s outside world.

On planet Earth for countless centuries this system of learning has established the massive number of cultures, with each culture determining the language it will use, in order for the people to communicate with each other.

By the twenty-first century planet Earth will have hundreds of cultures, each one justifying its religious, political, and social systems within first reality understanding, believing its language about its world to be factual and true.

Throughout the history of planet Earth this simple structure of how the people of different cultures related to their reality presented no major problem until the technology of the twentieth and twenty-first century produced a communication capability (internet and satellites) in which these different cultures were suddenly no longer isolated into pockets that were not challenged by different cultures with different rules and regulations within their political, religious and social systems.

This is the chaos we find happening today on planet Earth between cultures that has always taken place on a minor scale whenever an individual found him/her self being motivated to question the rules and regulations of his/her family.

THE SOLUTION TO THIS SITUATION
HAS CERTAIN BASIC REQUIREMENTS.

1. A language must be established in which people can communicate their differences and similarities.
2. An end to the endless struggle in which humans have no choice as to which rule and regulation to accept because they continue to be dominated by their current authorities (sacred and secular).
3. An understanding is discovered that starts with the psychological dynamics of the human being comprehending options to the rules and regulations his/her culture has conditioned him/her to believe.
4. This understanding must contain a universal application and be scientifically testable.
5. This new understanding must be inclusive to show the justification of every culture’s reality historically as each culture practiced its reality.

How can such an understanding be created when we have each culture (and each individual) “digging in” to protect its currently accepted rules and regulations?

There is an answer and there are discoverable reasons it has taken so long to be answered.

The first requirement to understand human understanding and the differences and similarities that have taken place over the past million or more years has to be based on the research of the science of anthropology. It is this research that records the formation of religious, political and social patterns that developed within the different cultures.

The second requirement to understand human understanding is the research of philosophy, religion, politics and social forms of behavior produced by the different cultures.

The third requirement to understand human understanding and the most important (if one is to understand the part his/her personal understanding plays in his/her personal reality) is the research of the past three hundred years:

1. The science of matter from Newtonian physics to quantum mechanics. Also the current sciences of chemistry and biology.
2. The science of a human’s development in his/her mental capability to comprehend his/her reality or world as subjective dynamics programmed into one’s brain as a result of physical and spiritual DNA (involution producing evolution).
3. The science of recognizing a human’s development of his/her spiritual recognition based on his/her transcendent nature.
4. The science of psychology in which the four different schools (behavioristic, psychoanalytic, humanistic and transpersonal psychology) expose the levels of understanding a human is capable of actualizing during his/her current lifetime.

Synthesizing all this information became the purpose of an organization calling itself LACCRS.

Its research is known as HP/SOS or Holographic Psychology/Science Of Spirit.

In order to understand aspects of this research, an individual will have already discovered many of the above fields of knowledge and is now ready to understand a structure that explains the importance of each step in the learning experience.

Participating in the HP/SOS research requires recognizing a person’s personal evolution where questioning begins to happen in which his/her current understanding is incapable of answering the new questions, because they are in conflict with his/her current understanding.

HP/SOS suggests that this person is awakening to his/her spiritual DNA that enables him/her to experience paradigm shifts in which a totally different reality begins to be comprehended.

This is why HP/SOS names these paradigm shifts first, second and third reality.

As we briefly explain the basics of these three realities we discover, if our current reality is open to change, that we are capable of waking up to three different cosmologies or identities.

FIRST REALITY

First reality explains why we automatically reject anything that is stated or observed by anyone that is in conflict with what we currently believe (requires an agnostic mentality to be happening).

As a source of psychological behavior first reality is being researched by the sciences of Behavioristic Psychology and Psychoanalytic Psychology.

They are both sciences that deal with the human brain and how and why it is the brain’s conditioning by one’s environment that determines an individual’s behavior.

It is this conditioning of the brain that becomes the reality of the individual and totally controls his/her behavior.

Are you telling me that it is conditioned brains that are talking to each other when communications are taking place between people?

YES, FASCINATING ISN’T IT?

What is amazing after this discovery, is that people don’t argue more than they do when different definitions are conflicting. What usually resolves this conflict between two people is one of the two will not pursue the difference they currently have. In other words, one gives in to the other person to avoid an argument, allowing the other person to be in control of the dispute.

This happens in first reality because there is no person, ego, I or self in a body that is aware that it is his/her brain determining his/her behavior to choose options or be “frozen” by current acceptances.

Behaviorism and Psychoanalysis name this process of how a brain is conditioned “operant conditioning”. One’s behavior is the result of input by one’s environment or stimulus/response.

The advantage of Psychoanalysis over Behaviorism is an individual has a past that is added to the brain’s current conditioning. In the West this addition of the past is often named “wounded” child. In the East this addition of the past is often named “reincarnation” in which karma becomes the wounded child principle.

Both give an individual a justification for struggle (a scapegoat) that can be blamed on someone else or an earlier life. It is this orientation to the past that religion, in the West, has utilized in its dogma of “original sin” or the birth of an imperfect human. In the East, the past has been used to justify the concept of “karma” in which one has the mistakes of past lives still to resolve in one’s present life.

Both use religion and its scriptures as justification of how one can resolve his/her past, whether “original sin” or “karma”.

World leaders have always justified the killing of “evil doers” that believed in different Gods because the leaders believe they are doing “God’s Will”. See Time magazine article October 9, 2006.

First reality has been the basis of most civilizations throughout history. It is quite impossible for a conditioned brain to be reflective of its own conditioning because there is no self, ego, I or person to reflect.

This results in the reality of one’s world of other people, places and things being “made” in the image and likeness of the brain’s current acceptances or conditioning. It is this conditioning, as beliefs, which promotes cloning. This also explains why one’s visions always express in the characters of one’s current culture.

There is a famous statement made by a philosopher “that if horses had a God he would have the form of a horse”.

SECOND REALITY

The important paradigm shift of second reality is the “birth” of a self, I, ego or person. This self has the ability to be reflective of his/her own beliefs and the behavior they are producing. This self is now aware that s/he is dealing with a virtual reality subjectively in his/her brain rather than an outside world.

Second reality is being researched by Humanistic Psychology and historically by organizations that have been known as “Hidden Meanings”, “Mystery Teachings”, and “Occult Teachings”. Also the research of philosophies that questioned a cultures current rules and regulations of the political, religious and social systems become available data for a human in second reality because humans are now capable of entertaining options to their current belief system.

These systems have benefited thousands of people over the centuries, however, until the last three hundred years in which most modern sciences were born, those populations that dared to be different were often murdered or pushed outside by the majority of the culture in which they lived.

This reflective self of second reality is what Dr. Ernest Holmes named “The Thinker”. Dr. Carl Jung named this new self “individuation”.

This awakening self has been the creative person throughout history because s/he was capable of going beyond the given of his/her culture.

The basic reason for this is easy to understand. In order to rule its populations the political authority (sacred and secular) required that the leaders determine the rules and regulations of their culture. This relationship still exists for most of the cultures on planet Earth.

The new sciences, as well as advances in technology, are changing this ancient pattern.

The sciences of today have included in their research the nature of the human being that historically was under the control of religion.

RESEARCH INTO THE PHYSIOLOGY OF THE BRAIN HAS DISCOVERED THAT HUMANS DO NOT PERCEIVE AND COMPREHEND THEIR WORLD WITH THEIR FIVE SENSES. THE PROCESSES OF UNDERSTANDING TAKE PLACE WITHIN THE HUMAN BRAIN.

It is this research that opened the doorway into what HP/SOS has named LOC or Location Of Comprehension.

This second reality awareness produces a paradigm shift in which a human for the first time is capable of realizing awareness of awareness. One’s reality changes from a conditioned brain that determines one’s behavior to a reflective self that now realizes that reactions, beneficial or detrimental, are beliefs within one’s brain and are not from outer causes.

This is a freedom unknown to humans for countless centuries. This results in being responsible for what one is experiencing because the experience is now realized as one’s own beliefs that are responding to input, not to the outside world of person, place or thing.

This makes free will a possibility in which options can replace unwanted beliefs. This is a freedom and an empowerment unknown in first reality because in first reality one spends their entire life reacting to believed-in outside causes rather than inner evaluations.

• Question: Are you telling me that humans for countless centuries have been reacting to a “virtual reality” within their brain rather than to their outside world of person, place or thing?
• Answer: Yes, and there was no way to test this until humans had both the science and the technology to examine the brain and its control of an individual’s behavior.
   
• Question: How many humans on planet Earth do you think are aware of this type of research?
• Answer: My guess at this point in history is probably less than one per cent of the world’s population.

This discovery of LOC is a paradigm shift in which a human ceases to be a victim of his/her environment (past, present or future) and is both responsible and empowered for the first time in his/her life for his/her psychological behavior.

This is a freedom unknown to most humans that still believe that they are reacting to an outside world as the cause of their responses.

An awesome empowerment is now possible to practice change because one’s response to one’s world is discovered to be a response to one’s belief system, not to outside circumstances.

• Question: Why does HP/SOS structure second reality as early and advanced?
• Answer: Major question that required self-image psychology (1960) to answer. When LOC begins to replace the victim mentality of first reality, one is, at first, still operating within a brain’s conditioning of a separate, finite individual identity. Self-image Psychology uses their research on the brain to show how and why one’s empowerment to change one’s limiting beliefs is restricted by one’s ability to imagine beyond his/her current scope (current self-image). This exposes that it is one’s current scope that limits one’s ability to practice change.
   
• Question: Would it not be cruel then for a teacher of self-help systems to tell a person that they have an awesome potential or that they are perfect without telling them about their conditioned brain that is currently limiting their ability to imagine or practice the changes they desire?
• Answer: This only happens when the teacher him/her self is not aware of the limiting aspect of the brain’s current conditioning. This is why so much guilt results from many self-help teachings where one is told to practice perfection without an understanding of the current limited conditioning of his/her brain. This is often because a student’s scope will try to deal with the words and accomplishments of his/her successful teacher’s scope.
   
• Question: How can an early second reality orientation be aware of potential if their identity is currently limited to a separate body with a brain with a low or failure self-image?
• Answer: This is the reason HP/SOS has an early second reality and an advanced second reality. Since early second reality is oriented to learning coming from outside teachers or teachings, a student will seek a guru or authority to “get” the necessary knowledge for change. This also translates into potential being something that one “gets” what they are not from someone else. This all changes in advanced second reality. Because one has been practicing change in early second reality with positive results until something happens. That something is an awareness of questions about potential and how it is being discovered or practiced. This is the waking up to one’s transcendent aspect of a universal I AM. This is when an individual that has been practicing change using cause and effect to cause that which s/he is not shifts to acceptance by degree of that which pre-exists acceptance of a new identity of one’s UNIVERSAL I AM. The key to early second reality is an individual will primarily be identifying as a separate finite self. The key to advanced second reality is an individual will be practicing LOC in which acceptance by degree is rational because his/her transcendent aspect is awakening and cause changes to “feeling as if” the desired acceptance already exists. Potential is now capable of being practiced as actual. Outer orientation has changed to inner evaluation.

Advanced second reality usually is the result of an epiphany or “peak” experience into one’s transcendent nature. This “peak” experience can also be the result of OBEs or NDEs.

This results in many changes with the most important one being LOC because one is no longer practicing cause and effect within a separate body with a brain, one is now practicing acceptance by degree as an unlimited SELF practicing actualization.

In other words, the individual is now capable of distinguishing the difference between the potential of a separate, finite individual and the potential of an INFINITE I AM.

THIS IS THE BEGINNING OF A SCOPE TRANSFORMATION AND THE DOORWAY TO UNIVERSALS.

Early second reality is the step in which one learns to be a decision-maker because s/he is now dealing with a virtual reality of his/her own choosing (consciously or unconsciously).

Advanced second reality is the step in which an individual’s identity changes from the untapped potential of a finite body with a brain to a body with a brain whose source is without limit other than the current scope or current awareness of the individual.

This individual is now awakening to a third reality that includes the first two realities as one’s transcendent aspect is experienced to an ever increasing degree.

THIRD REALITY

Third reality is being researched by Transpersonal Psychology with Holographic Psychology including every form of human expression throughout history and the behavior produced by the level of understanding that is producing that behavior.

Third reality is the experiencing of the “ONENESS” Teachings of both East and West.

Third reality expresses the structure of first and second reality as an evolutionary process of an INFINITE I AM “waking up” as stated by the Buddha. Jesus named this “waking up” process as the discovery of the KINGDOM OF HEAVEN, however, first and early second reality cannot comprehend such a potential so these early realities worship the messenger instead of realizing that every human is destined to also “wake up” to his/her transcendent nature.

The East has many teachings that attempt to expose this transcendent nature, however, in stating that there are two kinds of knowledge (esoteric or inner and exoteric or outer), these writers tell us to destroy the “little” self in order to discover the “transcendent” SELF. That the world of the “little” self is an illusion.

This orientation justifies reincarnation which justifies a “class” society of the rich and the poor, the ruler and the ruled. Karma determines one’s lot in life which must be resolved in this life in order to advance through numerous future lives.

One of the best books on the market to verify this hypothesis is The Essence Of Vedanta by Brian Hodgkinson.

In contrast, the West has many teachings that attempt to expose one’s transcendent nature currently in this lifetime by telling us of the many people that have accomplished it in this lifetime.

One of the best books on the market to verify this hypothesis is The Perennial Philosophy by Aldous Huxley. There is also a book about Hermetic Teachings of Egypt that exposes the basis of both East and West mysticism which is The Kybalion by Three Initiates.

It is a result of the availability of such teaching that we are “graced” with the capability of “waking up” ourselves to the transcendent described in them all.

The West is blessed with the teachings of the East about the SELF or the INFINITE I AM as a human’s nature, and the East is blessed with the teachings of the West on the fun and joy of a creative and awakening separate I am not yet aware of his/her awesome potential but practicing his/her awesome potential as a creator.

This is the early second reality belief that I, a separate individual, create my world.

HP/SOS is showing the structure that joins these two dynamics of East and West in how and why a human’s transcendent nature can evolve through stages in this lifetime.

The science of genetics and new biology replaces the need for reincarnation because every human has the “past” of every other human that has ever lived or will ever live on planet Earth.

This is why practicing regression into one’s past can be a beneficial method if it is used as a method for changing one’s current acceptances.

This is why LOC is so major in early second reality (when still believing one is a separate individual) because a human is now dealing with his/her current acceptances not with who or what caused the acceptances.

This is why LOC is so major in advanced second reality (when awakening to his/her transcendent nature with its unlimited potentials) because a human is now dealing with multiple methods of how to change or replace current acceptances with more beneficial acceptances.

This is why every self-help system, secular or sacred,
can help a human in the exciting process of change.

HP/SOS utilizes the different sciences of psychology to expose the evolutionary process that a human is “gifted” with long before his/her spiritual DNA has pushed him/her into a waking up mode to his/her awesome nature.

 Question: If every human is this pre-existing INFINITE I AM, is that why prayers and healing methods “work” in every culture, both secular and sacred?

 Answer: Yes, yes, yes. That is why so many mystics have attempted to tell humans about their awesome potential, however, first reality leaders, both East and West, have always kept the lid on such speculation by keeping humans from learning the art of healing because they want to have humans depend on their current rules and regulations and the authorities implementing them.

It has taken the sciences the last three hundred years to finally get around to questioning the nature of a human, using advances in both knowledge and technology.

The current war on terrorism is actually a war between fixed, traditional beliefs in every culture that are being threatened by the secular advances in science and technology. The many new sciences and new age systems of religion are including the transcendent teachings of both East and West.

War or struggle of any nature STOPS when early second reality exposes to the individual that s/he has always been validating his/her current beliefs. Responses are inner acceptances, not outer causes.

The struggle between husband and wife, parents and children, employer and employee, is ignorance of location of what is producing the struggle.

Feelings of lack or limitation in any area of life are an attempt by one’s spiritual DNA to force reflection by an individual to change his/her orientation from outer circumstances to his/her awesome inner transcendent potential awaiting actualization.

Because we are an extension of an INFINITE I AM (as stated by Spinoza centuries ago), we must and do validate our belief system. HP/SOS helps us understand that it is time to stop looking to outside sources to accomplish change in our lives. It is time to wake up.

Early second reality exposes as a result of LOC that a human is never really dealing directly with truth or facts of an outside world.

C-fibers and neurons of one’s brain are not the person, place or thing they are programmed to describe or the behavior they produce when believing that one’s reaction is to an outside world.

Every period of history that produced a renaissance has also produced a battle between those people oriented to change and those people oriented to the continuing of tradition (sacred and secular).

HP/SOS is a structure that explains how and why human evolution has been happening in spite of the struggles of change. Change always brings struggle into existence where the majority of a culture fight against change.

Cultures have a self-image in the same way that individuals have a self-image. Change is often a threat to the leaders’ (sacred and secular) enforcement of a culture’s current rules and regulations.

HP/SOS suggests that the most important producers of this current change that is happening internationally are:

1. Women of the world are waking up to their awesome potentials.
2. Women are participating as leaders in the politics and religions of a culture.
3. Men are waking up to their female aspects of love, caring, sharing and creativity.
4. The end of cloning or any form of ethnic cleansing in which a small minority of a culture attempt to control the majority.
5. Uniqueness and the importance of individuality is recognized rather than the historical push to belong to the “right group” mentality.

What a fantastic age to be a participant of this waking up process as it is currently happening on planet Earth.
